JOB DESCRIPTION
– Assist customers over the phone in booking flights (airline account) or cabins (cruise line account).
– Provide pre- and post-travel support for passengers who have booked their flights or cruises.
– Provide assistance to travel agents over the phone (air line account).
- Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
- Required Skill(s): Customer Service, Travel Agency, Inbound Sales, Good Communication skills, proficiency in pc use and tool navigation, analytical, decision-making.
- Required language(s): English
- No work experience required.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Eastwood Libis,Quezon City
