DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Tugas dan tanggung jawab :
- Membantu Printing & Media Placement Asst. Manager untuk melakukan follow up negosiasi pemasangan iklan dam kerjasama barter
- Monitoring, menatausahakan dan mengecek jadwal penayangan iklan serta mengingatkan Divisi / Department terkait untuk jadwal dan materi iklannya berikut koordinasi dg Sub Dept Creative, memeriksa dan memastikan file-nya telah sesuai brief/pesanan
- Mengupdate data media secara periodik dan memastikan kebenarannya.
- Membantu proses produksi materi cetakan.
- Membuat rencana pemasangan iklan (media plan) sesuai kebutuhan client
- Menatausahakan dan mengecek jadwal penayangan serta mengingatkan client terkait.
- Koordinasi dengan Sub Dept Creative Production, memeriksa dan memastikan file/materi iklan/cetakan telah sesuai.
- Memastikan materi iklan sampai tepat waktu sesuai deadline pemasangan di Media.
- Memastikan materi iklan tersebut terpasang dengan benar sesuai jadwal dan proof print/ desain.
- Monitoring dan memastikan bukti tayang iklan sampai di client dan menatausahakan/mengarsip file bukti tayang tersebut dalam bentuk hard copy maupun soft copy.
- Data Media terupdate secara periodik dan memastikan kebenarannya.
- Membantu proses pekerjaan pencetakan/printing sesuai kebutuhannya
Kualifikasi :
- Pendidikan min. S1 Manajemen, Adm. Perkantoran, Komunikasi, Statistik
- Pengalaman min. 1 tahun dalam bidang Media Placement / Percetakan
- Menguasai program Microsoft Office dan aplikasi internet
- Mampu berkomunikasi lisan dan tulisan dengan baik dan benar
- Memiliki ketelitian yang baik
- Mempunyai inisiatif tinggi dan proaktif
- Mampu bekerja dengan efisien untuk memenuhi deadline
