JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
- Accountable for supplier selection base on established criteria with Regensburg counterpart.
- Develop chip probing process flow according to Single Piece Flow concept at wafer fab, End of Line.
- As process specialist to analyze the statistical data on electrical and optical measurements.
- Collaborate with counterpart from Rengesburg to develop the concept of chip probing including logistic flow, data handling, test program, test equipments, calibration, and SECS/GEM topics.
- Consistently ensure and maintain low Cost of Ownership process without affecting the prober result quality.
- To lead supplier with milestone chart to ensure time line defined is meet.
- Collaborate with Penang and Regensburg Santos Team, BackEnd R&D Asia team on package build after probing process.
- Establish/ Improve chip probing process flow and data flow.
- Provide necessary technical support on Kulim Fab setup
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Material Science) or equivalent.
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Computer literated & Statistical Tool knowledge, FMEA, 8D, 6-sigma and Project Management Skills.
- Knowledge in wafer probing is an added advantage
