JOB DESCRIPTION

As our representative, you will be given the responsibility to handle incoming customer phone calls related to client orders and all related issues encountered by the customer. The basic job function of each representative is to provide customer service, in accordance to the appropriate need of the phone contact.
You are also given the opportunity to:
Provide first class customer service through phone and e-mail
Utilize provided tools and resources to resolve customer issues and walk-through
Ensure proper documentation is entered in the client tool pertaining to customer problems, requests, and actions done
Meet pre-determined targets
Represent the client in a professional manner
Adhere to client’s defined processes & procedures and company policies
Ensure highest quality is maintained to meet and/or exceed client specifications
Meet or exceed minimum requirements for productivity, availability, and quality requirements
Utilize provided tools and resources to resolve customer issues and walk-through
Ensure proper documentation is entered in the client tool pertaining to customer problems, requests, and actions done

Qualifications:
Finished a minimum of 2 years college education (60 units)
Must have no attendance issues from previous account or company
Must have basic knowledge on internet browsing and net surfing
Must have basic knowledge on Microsoft Office applications
No behavioral infractions from previous company/companies
