JOB DESCRIPTION




Responsibilities:

– Timely & accurate processing and follow up of all purchase orders and material inquiries from assigned suppliers with a sense of urgency to achieve our high level of customer service and satisfaction.

 

– Monitor on hand inventory and participate in annual inventory audit. Ensure sufficient importing raw material and physical stock tally with system to fulfill customer requirement.

 

– Work closely with government, custom and local governance authorities to ensure in compliance with contracts, regulations and company policies.

 

– Coordinate in apply and renew MITI & CEPT application for new and old product before certification expiry date and delivery date.

 

– Liaise with shipping dept of the K2 certificate and compile in MPOB monthly report.

 

– Control and analysis monthly raw materials forecast and input data in GSP system promptly.

 

– Execute and smoothen supply operational matters (Goods Receive & Goods Issue and etc) during month end closing.

 

– Lead supplier performances that able to meets all customer objectives of cost, schedule, and quality.

 

– Attend bi-monthly Product Supply meeting with supplier to address any matters pertaining to product availability, quality and transporter delivery performance.

 

– Design, develop and review Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Supply Operations to ensure it support the business requirement.

 

– Continually seek process improvements of the entire supply chain to increase efficiencies and ability to take responsibility for projects and exercising initiative.

 

 

Requirements:

 

– Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma

 

– Knowledge in total supply chain operation and SAP system will be added advantage.

 

– Good computer skills and proficient in MS Office applications i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.

 

– At least 3 to 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

 

– Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skill.

 

– Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

 

– Able to cope up with multiple projects and deadlines.

 

– Independent, result oriented, self motivated and possess good attitude.
