JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
– Researching and developing new products.
– Optimizing and improving quality of current products.
– Planning, performing tests and evaluating test results of formulation, new raw materials, and new packaging materials.
– Compiling and controlling documents: protocols, reports, records and product information files.
– Supporting Production department to validate new product manufacturing processes.
– Supporting Marketing department to develop new labeling designs.
– Supporting QC department in product stability monitoring, finished product specification, raw materials specifications, and packaging materials specifications.
– Supporting technical information of new raw materials for custom clearance.
– Supporting in investing complaint products.
– Manage development work of young R&D staff technically with considering personal growth.
– Conduct lab experiments to validate the packaging, including at suppliers end.
– Leading/ coaching R&D staffs with simple projects and tasks.
– Control to improve the effectiveness of R&D work, etc …, establishing SOPs.
– Follow other duties if required from R&D Director.

Job Requirements
– University degree in Chemistry, Pharmacist (priority for Technical University, University of Naturals Sciences).
– At least 5 years experience in FMCG companies at R&D department; prefer in pharmaceuticals and cosmetics.
