The main work contents are as follows
– to make a salary and bonus policy to 3PS Street (3PS: 1.Position – 2.Person Skill – 3.Performence)
– To assist the president , set up the employee evaluation system KPS
– To build a human resource strategy relationship system
– to build personnel current legal knowledge of the relationship
– To implement the 5S · improvement deployment

Major in College is Personnel and salary
