JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
You will conduct tours in Sentosa providing them with an excellent customer experience. You will touch base on Sentosa’s products, history and various attractions including Mount Faber, and proactively sharing the information with the groups/guests.
Requirements:
• Minimum GCE “O” Level
• Strong competency in spoken and written English ( competency in spoken in other languages including fluent mandarin, Japanese and Korean is a plus point)
• Experience in the travel or service industry
• Singapore Tourist Guide licensed by Singapore Tourism Board (STB)
• Service-oriented and able to interact effectively with guests
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player
• Required to work on weekends and Public Holidays
• Conducting of customized / special tours when required
