DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Responsiblities:
- Maintain good relationship with clients.
- Process pre-alerts and arrival notices
- Gather necessary information to prepare rates and quotes, and provide rate and transit options to customers
- Understand each assigned customer’s business model and competitive advantages
- Coordinate cargo bookings and shipment needs
- Conduct shipment-level analysis to enable customers to maximize our technology tools
- Respond to customer inquiries and follow-up to ensure issue resolution
- Understand and input applicable financial components of shipments for proper billing of customers
- Generate, file, and maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records, reports, shipment documentation, etc.
- Prepare and review routine reports
- Perform other duties a assigned
Requirements:
- Maximum 35 years old
- Candidate should posses at least Bachelor Degree from any field.
- Candidate should have experience in the same position for 3-5 years in NVOCC/LCL/Logistics/ Forwarding company.
- Good command in English
- Result Oriented, data analysis skills and planning skills
- This position will be based at Sunter North Jakarta
