Our client was founded in 1918 Japan, and has grown to become one of the largest Japanese electronics producers.
Work on the Malaysia factory started in early 1966 and this factory was the first factory in the newly-opened industrial site. With the help of 15 pioneer workers mainly from Klang and 20 Japanese engineers, their produced it first product – dry cell batteries, black and white television sets, electric fans and later, refrigerators.

Position: R&D Engineer
Location: Shah Alam
Salary Range: RM4000-6000
Job Description:-
- Technical regulation of Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC)
- Management of the R&D facilities
- Management of R&D test standard
- Various sample R&D testing control
- Conduct all R&D related activities on Electrical Home Appliances product.
- Generate ideas for new product and existing product improvement.
- Carry out Cost reduction activities (VAVE).
- Handle new models implementation.
Requirements:-
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Mechatoronics Engineering
- Minimum 5 years in technical field.
- Able to work independently under minimum supervision and a team player.
- Age between 28 to 35 years old.
