The Front Office Manager (FOM) manages the overall operations of the Front Office Department.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Management planning and cost control for the Front Office Department.

  • Ensure all operation and administration tasks are done as per policies and procedures.

  • Ensuring the Front Office team are well informed and updated on the latest villa rates and promotions.

  • Work hand in hand with Housekeeping Department on maintaining standards.

  • Communication and coordination with Recreation Department on activities.

  • Ensuring Standards and Procedures are reflected by the team.

  • Responsible in ensuring enough team members to operate especially during peak seasons

  • Proactive and resourceful.

REQUIREMENT

  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Candidate must at least possess a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in any field.

  • Able to communicate with all levels.

  • Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Customer service oriented.

  • Computer literate.

  • Energetic, a motivator and has supervisory skills.

  • Applicants must be willing to work at Gayana Eco Resort in Gaya Island, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

  • Full-Time position.
