The Front Office Manager (FOM) manages the overall operations of the Front Office Department.

- Management planning and cost control for the Front Office Department.
- Ensure all operation and administration tasks are done as per policies and procedures.
- Ensuring the Front Office team are well informed and updated on the latest villa rates and promotions.
- Work hand in hand with Housekeeping Department on maintaining standards.
- Communication and coordination with Recreation Department on activities.
- Ensuring Standards and Procedures are reflected by the team.
- Responsible in ensuring enough team members to operate especially during peak seasons
- Proactive and resourceful.
REQUIREMENT
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Candidate must at least possess a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in any field.
- Able to communicate with all levels.
- Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Customer service oriented.
- Computer literate.
- Energetic, a motivator and has supervisory skills.
- Applicants must be willing to work at Gayana Eco Resort in Gaya Island, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
- Full-Time position.
