JOB DESCRIPTION
The position is responsible in overseeing the daily operations of the following sections; Recruitment, Labor and Employee Relations, Training & Developement, Timekeeping, Compensation and Benefits Administration. Also perform general HR duties for the department and employees as duties are assigned.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree ,Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experince in a Non-Life Insurance is an advantage.
- Willing to work in Makati Area
- Can start immediately.
